Please note that we have been experiencing some problems with our electronic orders. If you do not receive an e-mail within 7 days confirming your order please call toll free 1-800-340-3108.

We take Visa card orders but, unfortunately, we are not yet using any other card service.
We require

Our E-mail address is brmna@brmna.com. If you live in Canada or the United States, you can call us at 1-800-340-3108 and give our answering machine the same information: The 1-800 system is working very well and if Don happens to be at the computer when you call, he usually answers the phone as he enjoys talking with our customers. For those of you living outside Canada or the US, you can use your Visa card but not the 1-800 number. In fact, it would make life easier for us if you did use your Visa card as we'd avoid excessive bank charges in changing your cheques. But, whatever, your orders are welcome however they come.

Please tell your friends about our books and we'll fill their orders as quickly as we have filled yours. If you need to speak to us, use (403) 282-8456 which is Don's family phone number. But, as the children have grown up and flown the coop, it is no longer tied up all the time! Our other line, 289-3783 is dedicated entirely to faxes.

Best wishes and looking forward to hearing from you,

Donald M. Bain and William S. Cruickshanks
